1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You are eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team at flashingpoint87@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team at flashingpoint87@gmail.com. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Step 3: Pack the product securely, including all original accessories and packaging.
  • Step 4: Ship the product to the address provided in the return authorization.

3. Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the return is approved:

  • For Damaged or Defective Products: We will process a full refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement product, as per your preference.
  • For Change of Mind Returns: We will process a refund for the product cost minus a 20% restocking fee to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
